E-mail forwarding

Kademi's email forwarding can redirect mail going to a certain address and send it to one or more other addresses.
Vice versa, email items going to several different addresses can converge via forwarding to end up in a single address inbox.

Installing the email forwarder application

• Select Website Manager

• Click on websites

• Select a website and click on the settings gear

• Next, click on the find more apps button

• In the marketplace, search for the application called Email Forwarder

• Click on the thumbnail

Install the Email Forwarder application

• Click on the install button to activate the email forwarder application

Adding emails to email forwarder

• Click on Talk & Connect

• Go to email forwarder

• Next, Click on add forwarder button

Add details

• Assign the website you want the application to work on

• Add an alias for a new email to be forwarded to

• Add an email address to where you want emails to be forwarded too.

Edit email app on the website

You need to edit the email app and turn off a few functions

• Go to Website Manager

• Click on Website

• Select the website

• Click on the settings button

• Click on Apps

• Search for the email app

• Click on settings

Change settings and save

• Change the group limit to 3

• Click and deselect the 2 checkboxes

• Save

Check the domain mail server is going through Kademi server

In order for the email forwarder to work, double check that you are using Kademi's mail exchange settings

• Go to website manager

• Click on domains

• Select the domain name you using

• Click on the edit button

Change the mail exchange (MX) to Kademi's value

Look for the mail exchange (MX) value, if it is not 10 1.mx.kademi.com.au. or 10 1.mx.kademi.com.us. then you will have to change it

• Click on the edit button from the MX column

Change server value if needed

Use only one server name, depending on your region.

The two servers are:

- AU- Australian server - 10 1.mx.kademi.com.us. and

- US- United States server - 10 1.mx.kademi.com.au.
